Mercifulness – is a normal condition of the believer,

expressed in virtue.

We have a blessing from the Lord to serve the needy people of Israel and there are a lot of those. Being a young country, the percentage of the new immigrants is high. There is a huge social problem.The love of Jesus is best preached through concretely given help and care. Ministers of congregation “Living Israel” actively help new immigrants and understand their problems as they have passed through them by themselves. There are a lot people who have experienced the love of the Lord through this practical help, coming to faith in Jesus and wanting to help others. Beyond the help to new immigrants, we take care of the handicap and old people. In Israel like in other countries there is critical situation with drugs and alcohol. The government is not able to handle this situation which clearly has spiritual roots. Only God's power and the help of the Holy Spirit gives an answer to this awful tragedy. In 2003 we opened a rehabilitation center “Living Israel” in which today we have about 80 people.

1. People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; Forgive them anyway.
2. If you are kind, People may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; Be kind anyway.

5. What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; Build anyway.
6. If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; Be happy anyway.
7. The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; Do good anyway.
8. Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; Give the world the best you’ve got anyway.

You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
